Shrimp Bisque!!!






















































Tonight, on a whim, I made shrimp bisque. From scratch. With 2 lbs. of raw, veiny, shell-on, uncooked shrimp. And it turned out Fantastically!

    The spoon next to the plate looks like wooden spoon from Russia. Nice pictures.

    Thank you. :) The spoon could be Russian. We've had it, and another, bigger one for as long as I can remember.
